On Tuesday evening, a man attacked and gravely injured a woman in Mannedorf. The woman had been out jogging, according to the police.
“Passersby reported a man in Alma Park who was racing around naked, screaming, and physically attacking other people shortly before 8:00 pm (1 p.m. Eastern).” The police reported that the emergency services promptly appeared at the scene and discovered a woman who was severely injured on the ground. They also stated that the woman passed away as a result of her severe injuries, despite the fact that she was immediately resuscitated.
The police reported that the suspect, a Swiss national, was also apprehended at the park.
They stated that the victim’s identity was not disclosed as a result of an ongoing investigation, which included inquiries to ascertain whether the suspect and victim were acquainted.
The suspect will be referred to the public prosecutor for severe violent crime after questioning, according to the police. There were no immediate reports of other individuals sustaining critical injuries as a result of the suspect’s attacks.
